The typical delivery time ranges from 10-25 working days, depending on the location and the size of the order. For cities outside of Lahore, delivery may take a few extra days due to distance and logistics. Delivery charges for other cities will apply based on distance and items ordered.

Replacement Policy:

Advance Payment:

For regular orders, we require 70% advance payment, and for custom orders, 100% payment is required in advance. This percentage may vary depending on the items in your order.

Delivery Timeframe:

Once we receive full or partial payment, deliveries will be made within 10-25 working days. In case of a delay, we may extend the delivery timeframe by an additional 2 to 4 days, and we will communicate the updated delivery date to you promptly.

Cancellation Policy:

Once production begins, we do not entertain order cancellations. Please carefully consider your order before proceeding. If a cancellation is requested after production starts, 80% of the advance payment will be deducted.

No Return/Refund Policy:

We do not offer returns or refunds if the product matches the description and is in perfect condition as shown on the website. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or refund. Please ensure that your order is exactly what you want before finalizing.
